For Family Home Evening we decided to take a trip up to Zion to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us and go on a little hike. We we driving threw Rockville and I saw the sign "Grafton". Corry was asleep in the car so I decided to change plans. I made a U- Turn and we were off to Grafton. I hadn't been there for 5 or 6 years and decided it was time for the kids to enjoy this cute little Ghost Town. The kids were freaking out because of the old building and open doors (Well I should say Nicholas was) he has been watching to many scary movies. But it was so fun to see the little house and cute church and school house. After we explored the town we went to the cemetery and Nicholas really didn't like that. He thought that the humps on the graves meant that the bodies were close to the surface. We laughed and told him it was just for looks and to keep people from walking on the graves. What a cute little town Grafton was, to bad the floods and indians came and destroyed them.

It's A Wonderful Life!
I have to say that I am truly blessed. I have everything I have always wanted, well besides grass in my front yard. But I do have a wonderful life, I have 5 wonderful kids who I love so much. They make me laugh, giggle, sometimes cry and I go crazy some days but they are the best ever. We had so much fun the Saturday before school started. We had a big party at my moms. She started a tradition last year that she gets a big blow up party rental thing before all her grand kids go to school and we party all day. We had so much fun visiting and playing and sliding down the water slide. I like new traditions.

Home Sweet Home!
Our Friend (Jason Zimmerman) took some awesome, cute pictures of the kids. I LOVE OUR CRAZY KIDS, AND I LOVE THE PICTURES!
Together Again :)
Saturday Aug. 6th we were reunited again after a long 5 weeks. It was so wonderful being able to kiss and squeeze my kids again after they were all scattered. Nicholas went to see his friend Quinton's in N. Ogden for a couple of weeks, right after his Grandma Love came down from Alabama. We had so much fun with her. Sydney Skyler and Dylan went to see their mom for 5 weeks. We missed them so much. It was so weird having a quiet house. Jackson was the only one at home he was spoiled with lots of love and attention and a few trips to the store and some fast food. I NEVER do that! It's fun to be a family again, everyone had lots of fun on their adventures but they are all glad to be home. As the saying goes, "There is no place like home"!
